ENDORSEMENT: Chief James Crayton

I am proud to endorse Chief Ron Sellon for the position of 4th Vice President of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.

Throughout his career, Chief Sellon has exemplified the highest standards of leadership, compassion, and integrity. He is a strong and thoughtful advocate for the most vulnerable members of our communities, consistently working to ensure that public safety efforts are inclusive, effective, and grounded in justice.

As a parent of a child with special needs, this initiative is very near and dear to me. Chief Sellon also understands the complex and evolving challenges facing today’s police executives. He is deeply committed to ensuring that police chiefs have the tools, training, and support they need to lead with confidence and competence. His forward-thinking vision, paired with his deep respect for the profession, make him the ideal candidate to represent our collective voice at the national and international levels.
